Michael Sweeney (also referred here as ‘I' & 'me’.) and hosted by a third party web hosting
company. These terms and conditions contain important information about your rights and

•Michael Sweeney is a sole trader Business in Northern Ireland (United Kingdom).
•This website is an information site which may on occasion offer items for sale.

•I am not VAT registered as turnover does not meet the V.A.T. threshold
and as a result I am unable to offer separate V.A.T. Receipt.
•I only sell products within Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
•Information received is not shared with third parties in line with the
Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.
•Website may be altered/changed without notice.

Purchases & Payment
•All products for sale on this site are the property of Michael Sweeney until full
payment has been received.
•Full payment must be received before orders are processed.
Prices on the website excludes shipping which is calculated at check out.
•Prefered method of payment is PAYPAL (note that PayPal now accepts credit or
debit card payments without the need to create a PayPal account).
•Cheques and Postal Orders can be made payable to Michael Sweeney of
5 Grasmere Court, Coleraine, Co. Londonderry, N. Ireland, BT52 2DL.
•WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM.
Shipping & Returns
•Most orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days from within the UK
using Royal Mail First Class 'Signed For' or Parcelforce depending on the size
of the order. As such delivery is normally received inside 5 working day.
•Please note if your item is out of stock it may take up to 28 days for delivery.
•Contact me before ordering to check availability
and estimated delivery if you need your items quickly.
•A full refund will be offered if I cannot dispatch
within a time frame that meets your needs.
•Products are packaged in such a way to allow the best possible protection from damage.
•Shipping is calculated at checkout for UK purchases only.
•Please note that I allow 28 days for you to cancel and return your order(s).
Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage with the exception
of where there is an error with the order. If the order is wrong then I pay the postage.
This is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
•WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM.
Distance Selling Regulations
•Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) apply to all goods purchased from this site
•Goods may be returned within 28 days following receipt of the item(s),
provided that they are returned in the original packaging, in the same condition
and notification of your intent to return has been made in writing or by e-mail.
•In line with DSR, personalised, customised or any other product where an adjustment
has been made are excluded and cannot be returned.
•Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.
•WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM.
